The living spaces are stylish and bright, with a large TV and Netflix, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. A large deck with a gas BBQ looks out over the harbour and hills — ideal for long summer evenings — and there's a grassed backyard too.
You'll have the whole property to yourselves, with off-street parking, just a 10-minute drive from Akaroa's beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants.
Please note: a new home is being built next door, so there may occasionally be some daytime construction noise during normal working hours. The owners also bring their dog when they stay, which may matter for guests with allergies.
All beds are made up with clean, fresh and quality linens. We also provide all toweling for your stay.

The house is very new, the facilities are very good, the balcony has a lake view, and the car is easy to park. The disadvantage is that the newly built house in front blocks some of the view, which is a little different from the photo. Otherwise, it is a perfect view of the snow-capped mountains and lakes.

What an amazing house. Exactly as described. So warm, clean and comfortable. The beds were some of the best we have ever slept in. Lots of little extras which were appreciated. The view was beautiful, even on a rainy day. Would absolutely recommend this house!
