The living spaces are stylish and bright, with a large TV and Netflix, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. A large deck with a gas BBQ looks out over the harbour and hills — ideal for long summer evenings — and there's a grassed backyard too.
You'll have the whole property to yourselves, with off-street parking, just a 10-minute drive from Akaroa's beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants.
Please note: a new home is being built next door, so there may occasionally be some daytime construction noise during normal working hours. The owners also bring their dog when they stay, which may matter for guests with allergies.
