Selwyn Heights has an elevated view overlooking Akaroa out to the harbour: a fully-fenced deck that opens straight onto the harbour. It's a single-level home, so there are no stairs to manage, which makes it easy for families, older guests and dogs alike.
The living area, kitchen and bedrooms were recently renovated and are bright and comfortable, with a large TV and plenty of room to relax after a day exploring the peninsula. Two double bedrooms (both Queen) sleep four, and you'll have the entire property to yourselves — no shared spaces, no other guests.
Everything is set up for easy self-catering, but you're only a short walk or drive from Akaroa's beaches, cafés, bars, restaurants and cinema when you'd rather be looked after. Off-street parking is included.
All beds are made up with clean, fresh and quality linens. We also provide all toweling for your stay.

Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed (sleeps 4). Bed linen, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and clothing storage provided.

Great place great location
We stayed here while in town to run the Akaroa Marathon. It was the perfect place for our stay. The heat pump was on when we arrived and it was very cozy. I brought my wee pup and they had dogs bowls out and ready for him. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future!
