Watson Heights is a roomy, single-level family home set above Akaroa with sweeping views over the harbour. Three bedrooms sleep up to six (a Queen, a twin room and a bunk room), so there's space for the whole family or a couple of families travelling together — and no stairs to manage.
The living areas are warm and comfortable, with a wood-burning fire for cosy winter evenings, air conditioning for summer, and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and a fully-fenced deck with a BBQ makes the most of the harbour views.
You'll have the whole property to yourselves, with off-street parking and an easy walk or short drive to Akaroa's beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.
